What is a Transaction Coordinator?
A Transaction Coordinator (TC) functions as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, closing attorneys, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale. Elite Closing Solutions effectively manages all backend administrative tasks. In addition, if your brokerage has a specific compliance system/process, we submit and complete all documents on your behalf.
Why do I need a TC?

Does a TC need to be licensed?
A real estate license is not typically required for someone to work as a Transaction Coordinator. Instead, the role primarily involves administrative and organizational tasks related to real estate transactions, rather than engaging in activities that require a real estate license such as negotiating contracts, advising clients, and facilitating the buying or selling process.
